At Koh Yarraville we pride ourselves in providing the best possible experience for you! Appointments are often limited, therefore, when securing an appointment over the phone or in-store, we kindly ask for a deposit to be paid towards large technical services, such as:
Full head of foils
Balayage
Colour changes / Corrections (Consultation is required prior)
Smoothing straightening services
Our online booking system will automatically require a deposit for any services being booked.
Deposits made will be redeemable on the day of your scheduled appointments.
We do understand that schedules can change, however, if you need to cancel or change and appointment, 24hrs notice is required. Failure to reschedule or cancel an appointment in this time frame will result in your deposit forfeited. When providing sufficient notice, your deposit will be carried over to your next rescheduled appointment.
Appointment confirmation is an acknowledgment that you understand and agree to our policies.
